At Spanner, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully equipped for peak performance. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Spanner account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
